Staivo — Landlord Property Service does NOT collect, store, or process credit card details. To ensure the highest level of financial privacy, all payments are handled via direct bank-to-bank transfer. No sensitive card information ever enters our systems, significantly reducing the risk of data breaches or identity theft for our guests.

5. International Data Transfers & Storage

As a global operator, your information may be stored or processed in servers located outside of your home country. We take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For European residents, we ensure that “Standard Contractual Clauses” or equivalent protections are in place when transferring data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
