To ensure the highest level of financial privacy and security, we have moved away from traditional credit card processors. Direct Bank Settlements: We utilize secure bank-to-bank transfers, ensuring your sensitive data remains between you and your financial institution. The 6-Day Secure Bridge: Your funds are held by bank level escrow service and are not released to the host until 6 days after your arrival, ensuring the property meets our verified standards.

The First-Time Guest FAQ

To ensure the total privacy of our current guests, we do not allow walkthroughs of occupied homes. To help you book with confidence, we provide 4K video tours and 100% accurate photography of every space.

Your payment is held in a secure bridge. We do not release funds to the host until six days after your check-in. This ensures the property meets our standards before the transaction is finalised.

Our management team is available via the dashboard. Since we oversee all properties directly, we coordinate repairs and support locally to ensure a seamless stay.

Yes. Staivo is the official portal for Landlord Property Services (ABN 80 952 426 821). Payments are processed through encrypted gateways (Stripe/PayPal), and we never store your full card details.

If a property does not match our verified video tour, our 72-hour quality guarantee allows for a full refund or an immediate upgrade to a comparable home.

Yes. An account allows you to manage your 6-day protection window, communicate securely with management, and access your check-in instructions.
