Staivo offers three flexible ways to begin your booking journey:
- Apartment Page: Visit the apartment page to view featured listings. You can request to book directly — this is usually the fastest method. Availability must still be confirmed by the property owner to avoid check-in clashes.
- Instant Booking: If a listing shows “Instant Booking,” it’s available for immediate reservation. You can secure your stay right away without waiting for confirmation.
- Contact Form: If you didn’t find what you’re looking for or want to inquire about a specific location, use the Contact Us form. Mention the exact area you’re interested in, and our team will assist you with tailored options — including unlisted apartments reserved for speed and responsiveness.

All stays are tailored to guest comfort and preference. That takes time — and we don’t support last-minute check-ins.
- Minimum lead time: 2 weeks
- Recommended lead time: 3 weeks to 2 months
- Best experience: Book well ahead of your trip to ensure availability and setup
⏳ Booking Grace Period
Once a booking is placed, it enters a 24-hour hold period. If payment isn’t received within that window, the booking is automatically cancelled and a notification email is sent to the guest.
To secure your booking:
- Wait for an availability confirmation from the admin
- Make payment to lock in your stay
- Email your payment receipt and apartment code to billing@staivo.com for fast verification

📲 Using the Dashboard
The dashboard is your booking control center. Guests can:
- Email the property owner directly
- Book without logging in — and still get notified by email
- Track payment status and host responses
If you’ve made payment but haven’t received confirmation, check with the property owner to avoid reassignment of the apartment.
🛂 ID Verification & Legal Compliance
Staivo operates within local laws. In some jurisdictions, properties require Know Your Guest (KYC) checks. This may include:
- A 100-point ID verification
- Background checks for longer stays or sensitive locations
If a guest refuses required checks, they’ll be refunded and barred from using the service. These measures protect both guests and property owners.

Bond payments safeguard the property and ensure guests respect house rules. If a violation occurs:
- The bond may be forfeited
- If damages exceed the bond, guests may be required to pay the difference
- Staivo will still offer support, but property owners’ rights are protected
